Dr. Aton earned her doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from Pacific University in Hillsboro, OR in 2018. Though her training included both assessment and therapy services, Dr. Aton quickly discovered a love for psychological assessment.

Since graduating, Dr. Aton’s professional experiences have consisted entirely of psychological assessment with children and adolescents. She has worked in psychiatric residential and inpatient treatment facilities, outpatient clinics, and juvenile justice settings. She has worked in close consultation with other treatment providers, probation officers, and attorneys, and she has experience providing expert witness testimony in family court. Currently, in addition to private practice, Dr. Aton does psychological assessments on a contracting basis for other agencies.

Dr. Aton grew up in Charleston, SC, and she moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2013. She is happy to now call Bellingham, WA home and thrilled to be offering psychological assessment services in this area.
